NOS GROUPES PHCA

SECONDAIRE 1

Horaire inversé avec les activités hockey en avant-midi (8h00 à 11h00) et le volet académique en après-midi.

Trois (3) entraînements sur glace, en moyenne par semaine, avec prolongation de la saison jusqu’en mai.

Développement des habiletés individuelles en priorité.

Entraîneurs spécialisés sur glace (gardiens, défenseurs, habiletés).

Ligue INTRA pour favoriser l’enseignement des règles du jeu collectif.

Volet multi-sports (ÉPL, PATRO, Stade HONCO, CÉGEP) à raison de 3 heures par semaine.

Bulletin hockey personnalisé et compétence liée aux comportements attendus en hockey.
